Painted for Hit the North 2024
'Piece inspired by some classic Scottish /Irish folklore - Witches fearing they would be caught and punished, could turn themselves in hares as a disguise. This and the animals being believed to have a connection to the Otherworld led to wild hares also being persecuted 🙄. (Bluebells are said to be a key ingredients in the spell.)This one is most definitely of the good luck variety though.'
