The 'Nightingale of the Yodogawa River' is dedicated to the frontline medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The artwork continues its theme from a previous mural completed at Juso Municipal Hospital, and the colours somewhat resemble the emblem of Yodogawa's floral mascot Yume-chan, even featuring her within the tessellating patterns.
