In the 1982, organized by the Center for the Planning of Urban Development of Belgrade (CEP), a "Communication" conference was held where the issue of the mural was first raised as a way of arranging the facades in Belgrade. After that, a number of murals were painted in Belgrade in the 80's. This mural is painted close to CEP office and reproduces the logo of their magazine "Communication" designed by Nenad Novakov.
