Love our hood

Hey Stranger – Don’t be mean, keep it clean, love our hood, like we do!” This project is a collaboration between children, residents, role models, and local organizations in Venlo-south part. Together, we are committed to safer, cleaner, and more pleasant public spaces. They were able to collaborate with street artist @vincenthuibers and Daniël Schmitz on this beautiful mural.

Why this project?

Venlo-south part is experiencing nuisance and feelings of insecurity. At the same time, many residents are passionately committed to their neighborhood. This project gives them—and our children—a platform to positively demonstrate the importance of respect, hope, and pride in this neighborhood.
