Description
Completed June 2016, located on the north side of the Quackenbush Parking Garage.
Part of Albany's #Capital Walls project.

I love art and I love to travel. When I go to a new place my dog, Sparky, we go for lots of walks, exploring whatever city we are in. I love to take that time to hunt for street art. It's makes it fun for both of us (unless he's actually thinking I'm really annoying for stopping so much!!)
