Claudio Ethos, born in Sao Paolo in 1982, ventured into the local graffiti scene at the age of 15. He quickly developed his own style, which is still unmistakable today. Detailed figures with skilfully set shading appear more subtle and softer than some of the colorful works by street art colleagues. The motifs of Claudio Ethos' murals mostly show portraits of abstruse figures with overly long arms and legs, which appear fragile at first glance. However, one can assume that there is a statement behind every motif without this being directly understandable.
