Why Sokar Uno calls himself a ‘colour nerd’ quickly becomes clear when you visit this muralist from Berlin in front of the wall. Sokar works with a dozen buckets of paint and water. This is how he mixes the colors he uses for his artworks. Here he depicts Paderborns Cathedral, the St Bartholomew's Chapel and a part of the LWL Museum in the Imperial Palace. The arches and columns in this Mural at the are inspired by the interior of St Bartholomew's Chapel. At the edges, this image dissolves into a pixel-like structure, which the painter creates by using square mosaics in different shades of color. Gothic sculptures have often been featured in Sokar Uno's murals.
