Mural creado para el Calahorra Urban Fest organizado por el Consejo de la Juventud y el Ayuntamiento de Calahorra.

El mural representa la creación del pueblo. Gaia, diosa de la Tierra, es la madre protectora de Calahorra, de sus calles y sus cosechas. Sobre sus tierras va construyendo los hogares de la ciudad que viajan a través de la pared y se funden con el entorno natural. En su cuello ondea el pañuelo rojo propio de sus fiestas. Los tonos rojizos son representativos de la región y de la cultura vinícola, y a su vez los turquesas simbolizan el agua, la vida y su naturaleza fértil.

Mural created for the Calahorra Urban Fest organised by the Youth Council and Calahorra City Council.

The mural represents the creation of the town. Gaia, goddess of the Earth, is the mother protector of Calahorra, its streets and its crops. On her land she builds the homes of the city, which travel along the wall and merge with the natural environment. The red scarf of its festivities flutters around its neck. The reddish tones are representative of the region and its wine culture, while the turquoise symbolises water, life and its fertile nature.
