De Annunciatie

Deze samenwerking tussen de 2 jonge artiesten, kwam er heel spontaan. Na goedkeuring van de bewoners, konden ze hun werk plaatsen met wat hulp van enkele partners.

Het onderwerp is een belangrijke aankondiging van nieuw leven, want in het leven van Surya is dit realiteit: zij verwacht een kindje en met dit werk maakte ze dit bekend aan de wereld.

-This collaboration between the two young artists came about very spontaneously. Once the residents had given their approval, the artists were able to install their work with the help of a few partners.

The subject matter heralds the arrival of new life—a reality in Surya’s own life, as she is expecting a baby and used this artwork to share the news with the world.
