Several entities and names from the cultural world of Lleida have organized activities this October to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the death of the cartoonist and historian from Lleida Jordi Gort (1960-2013). Son of the sculptor Jaume Gort Farré, he was a peculiar character of the city, interested in different disciplines and a great reader, especially of science-fiction literature. In the 1980s, he was a member of the collective El Callejón and collaborated in numerous local media and publications with illustrations and comics.
