Description
One of the towers of the Cezar de Souza Housing Complex building , in Mogi das Cruzes , won a graffiti art from the Quebrad'Arte project, by the Municipal Department of Culture and Tourism, which was contemplated in the Urban Art SP public notice, promoted by the Government of SP , through the Together for Culture Program.
The work has references to the Japanese, Northeastern and popular cultures of the city of Mogi das Cruzes, based on the birth and construction of the municipality.
