As part of the 40 Grad Urban Art Festival 2024 on Wittenberger Weg, the artist Case Maclaim designed his second façade in the city.

The work is a photorealistic depiction of hands typical of the artist. In this case, the hands depicted are those of an old person, wearing a purple ribbon on the finger.

This is symbolic of Alzheimer's disease. However, the depiction is not only intended to sensitize people to the clinical picture, but is also symbolic in a figurative sense of the place where the artist painted – Wittenberger Weg in the Düsseldorf-Garath district, which, due to its location, is often lost sight of, remains unnoticed and is forgotten.
