Starší než my (Older Than Us)

One of the murals curated at Vnitroblock by Dudes & Barbies Gallery, painted in October 2026 by Czech artists Lenka Kozlíková and Ondřej Michálek.

The artwork is rooted in the belief that humans are an inseparable part of nature, rather than something separate from it. It explores the connection between human figures and the organic world of plants and animals.

The mural embraces the character of the site and incorporates exposed structural elements to show how the urban environment and nature can coexist in harmony.

Ultimately, the artwork invites us to reflect on our place in the world. It reminds us that the world does not belong to us, but that we are merely its temporary custodians, and that nature is our origin, inspiration, and sanctuary.
