Pascal sender graduated from the düsseldorf art academy with Peter Doig. In his works he plays with time and space. the smrt series consists of a total of 13 paintings that were created over the last three years and a selection of which can be seen in the exhibition. depicted are situations of figurative movement in space, which are used as surface material for 3d models. a playful dialogue of painting by means of a virtual expansion of space and movement. the virtual paintings are accessible to the viewer via the app specially programmed by sender. it works like an audiovisual exhibition guide, but also contains the final combination of the artworks. via real-time physics and image tracking, the works become uniquely visible with a smart device through the interaction of the observer.
