De Chileense street artist Inti ontleent zijn naam niet alleen aan de Incacultuur – Inti is de naam van de zonnegod – hij doet er ook iets mee. Meer nog: de kunstenaar is gefascineerd door allerhande culturen en religies, en hij brengt er ook oneindig veel respect voor op. Zijn werk laat op imposante wijze zien hoe belangrijk, maar evenzeer hoe rijk onze roots zijn. Inti herintroduceert als het ware spiritualiteit in ons leven, op een erg verrassende en vindingrijke manier. Hij schilderde een kind, symbool van alle kinderen in de wereld, die al op jonge leeftijd moeilijk keuzes moeten maken Hetzij naar school gaan om zo via een goede opleiding een leven op te bouwen, of zich klaar maken om te gaan vechten in een oorlog.
De artiest heeft beide facetten verwerkt in zijn muurschildering: let op de munitiegordel en molotov cocktail in de ene hand en het potlood in de andere hand

The Chilean street artist Inti does not only derive his name from Inca culture – Inti is the name of its sun god – he also dabbles in it. Moreover, the artist is fascinated by all kinds of cultures and religions, and he demonstrates infinite respect for them. In an inspiring fashion, his work shows how important, but also how rich our roots are. Inti reintroduces spirituality into our lives, in a highly surprising and imaginative way. 
He painted a child, symbol of all children in the world, who have to make difficult choices at a young age. Whether to go to school in order to build a life through a good education, or prepare to fight in a war.
