In a central street, an old building has been demolished, but the ground floor, with a masonry stone façade, has remained as is.
Susana Velasco has painted on the bricked-up holes of what were old shops, the reproduction of the facades of those old establishments as they were and she has even painted their owners, who are still remembered in Santoña.
We can see Ángel Casuca with his restaurant, Milagros la droguera, Cuca Meléndez with his bookstore and lotteries, Dulcinea pastry shop with its pastry chef at the door, Carmela Lastra and her haberdashery, and Gallego Benigno Pérez's shop.
It is a living memory of Santoña.    -----------------------------------------------   En una céntrica calle, un viejo edificio ha sido derribado, pero se han quedado tal cual los bajos, de fachada de piedra de sillería.

Susana Velasco ha pintado sobre los huecos tapiados de lo que fueran antiguas tiendas, la reproducción  de las fachadas de aquellos antiguos establecimientos tal como eran e incluso ha pintado a sus propietarios que todavía son recordados en Santoña.
Podemos ver a  Ángel Casuca con su restaurante, Milagros la droguera, Cuca Meléndez con su librería y sus loterías, la pastelería Dulcinea con su pastelero a la puerta, Carmela Lastra y su mercería, y la tienda del Gallego Benigno Pérez.
Es un recuerdo vivo de Santoña.
