The "anchovie( bocarte)" is a key fish in the life of Santoña, a seafaring city par excellence, as it generates a great job for Santoña and its entire region.
In the spring the coast of bocarte begins. The Cantabrian fishing boats go out to sea and follow them throughout the North of Spanish coast  to catch them, bring them to port and then process them to get the rich anchovies.
Susana Velasco in four murals has  represented these different phases ,in the first the boats and their sailors who go out to sea to fish them, then when they arrive at the port and unload the fish on the dock, later they are taken to the factories to process and finally when they are cleaned and salted, to get the rich "anchovies" after a few months of curing.------------------------------------------------------------------------ El "bocarte" es un pez clave en la vida de Santoña, ciudad marinera por excelencia, pues genera un gran trabajo para Santoña y toda su región   
En la primavera empieza la costera del bocarte. Los pesqueros del cantábrico salen al mar y las siguen por todo el Norte de España para pescarlas, traerlas a puerto y luego procesarlas para conseguir las ricas anchoas
Susana Velasco en cuatro murales ha querido representar estas distintas fases, la primera los barcos y sus marineros que salen a la mar para pescarlas, después cuando llegan a puerto y descargan la pesca en el muelle, posteriormente se llevan a procesar a las fábricas y finalmente cuando se limpian y se salan, para después de unos meses de curación conseguir las ricas "anchoas"
