It is a real surprise, when one passes through Ruerero, which is a small village in the southern part of Cantabria in Valderredible Valley, where as they say, "silence is heard", one comes across a mural of Okuda San Miguel in a potatoes warehouse.  Everything has its explanation, from the hand of Celia Tejada, who in addition to presenting a book called INmortales, in which she tried to vindicate and remember the stories and people of this area, managed to get Okuda out of his world of comfort, brought him to this rural area and made him interpret for the first time the portrait of two elderly people, known throughout the town and surrounded by an impressive landscape Okuda said: "I don't know how it is going to give me to represent with geometric lines the wisdom that the wrinkles of the elderly provide" The whole town participated, enjoyed and accompanied Okuda, who was with his entire family and in fact the relationship was so good that he was appointed Artistic Ambassador of the Valderrediible Valley Let's hope that the efforts of Celia Tejada, Okuda and all of Valderredible, apart from recording the good and great memories of this town, will help to revitalize this area and value it as it deserves.   _________________________________Es una auténtica sorpresa, cuando uno pasa por Ruerero, que es una pueblo de la zona Sur de Cantabria en Valderredible, donde como dicen, "el silencio se escucha" se encuentra uno con un mural de Okuda San Miguel en un almacén de patatas 
Todo tiene su explicación, de la mano de Celia Tejada, que además de la presentación  un libro llamado INmortales, en el que pretendía reivindicar y recordar las historias y las gentes de esta zona, consiguió sacar a Okuda de su mundo de confort, lo trajo a esta zona rural y le hizo interpretar por primera vez el retrato de dos personas mayores, conocidas por todo el pueblo y rodeadas por un paisaje impresionante 
Decía Okuda:"No sé que tal se me va a dar representar con líneas geométricas la sabiduría que proporcionan las arrugas de las personas mayores"
Todo el pueblo participó, disfrutó y acompañó a Okuda, que estuvo con toda la familia y de hecho la relación fue tan buena que le nombraron Embajador Artístico del Valle de Valderrediible 
Esperemos que el esfuerzo de Celia Tejada, de Okuda y el de todo Valderredible aparte de registrar los buenos y grandes recuerdos  de este pueblo, ayude a revitalizar esta zona y valorarla como se merece
