Es un foro donde las mujeres se expresan en un ambiente seguro, creativo e incluyente. Enriqueciendo el entorno visual y  creando un ambiente seguro para la ciudadanía. Así como el fortalecimiento de las relaciones entre el instituto y los jóvenes que se dedican a las expresiones artísticas. En está edición se pretende invitar a 9 artistas urbanas/plásticas locales y 3 invitadas nacionales y pintar a las mujeres más sobresalientes del mundo, mujeres que han luchado por un mundo mejor o que son inspiración para cada artista urbana.

It is a festival exclusive for women where they can express themselves in a safe, creative and inclusive environment. The results of this street art festival reward the visual environment by creating safe conditions for citizens. As well as the strengthening relations between the government and young people engaged in artistic expression. This edition invited 9 local artists and 3 national guests, the theme of the festival was to paint the most outstanding women in the world, women who have fought for a better world or who are an inspiration for each urban artist.
