Funded by the South Penrith Youth & Neighbourhood Services Inc., Penrith ATSI Neighbourhood Workers Project (PATSI), Western Sydney Aboriginal Corporation (CDEP) and the Penrith City Council, unveiled by Auntie Gloria Matthews.
