Street artist and illustrator of Croatian origin, Lonac likes to explore our unconscious and take us to an abstract and absurd world. Disturbing characters, skeletons, fish and other hawks populate his universe, alongside much stranger creatures, learned mixtures of usually opposed species. Tinged with surrealism, Lonac's creations combine human psychology and animal representation, often amalgamating the two. Frank and disconcerting works, all telling a story and offering an often confused or mysterious message, which allow us to escape - at least for a moment - from reality.
