The artists of the Yav art group have prepared a new art object on Borovaya Street in honor of International Women's Day. The portraits of Cleopatra, Queen of England and Ireland, Elizabeth I, and the Russian Empress Catherine II appeared on the firewall of the house.
 
“The idea came up when we saw the wall. Plaster crumbled there, leaving the silhouettes of three women in historic costumes", - said the leader of the art group Anastasia Vladychkina. 
 
In total, artists spent about eight hours creating this mural not counting the time it took to prepare the sketches and layout. 
 
“The administration of the Central District has promised to paint over the illegal artwork. But, I think, it will not happen for a long time - this is the facade, utilities need to order a lift. You can't paint over the work with a roller - the plaster is crumbling, you need a spray gun with a generator, so you need time, workers and money ”Anastasia said.
