The Scheveningen district, located on the coast of The Hague, has a rich history of public art. Many years ago, three beautiful murals were painted on the walls of apartment buildings owned by Haagwonen, a local housing association. However, the harsh weather conditions gradually damaged the murals over time. To preserve the cultural heritage and beauty of the city, Haagwonen decided to have new murals painted on the walls of their buildings.
