One day local of Rzhevka district saw street artists working under the bridge, became acquainted and told them about long-standing dream of people living there to decorate the boring concrete fence of the Karatovsky passage to the park.
And they readily agreed. Locals wanted to see bright colours and characters, who can be popular wity kids, so colourful dreamlands with cats and dinosaurs appeared there to bring joy to one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Saint Petersburg.
This is a rare positive example of street art supported by locals.
