Housing Bubble

This work captures the happenings in the housing market in Sydney around 2015. The property prices rose a massive 9.8% and due to this many young people are priced out of an area they have been living in for years. This artwork depicts a young creative couple, Rob and Renee, locals living in a warehouse. Due to gentrification of the area, they live in fear of losing their rental warehouse home and losing the Australian dream of owning your own home.
