This painting has found inspiration from the velvet revolution. According to the Internet the Velvet revolution was a non-violent transition of power from the government of the Communist party of Czechoslovakia to a parliamentary Republic. There were no democratic elections between 1946 and 1990.

This  mural is not an attempt to tell people what to think but to invite the viewer to question and hopefully leave them still questioning after.
