Portuguese designer artist, Aheneah (Ana Martins), stands out with a poetic approach on artworks entirely realized with cross stitch. By her process, se tends to explore links between digital & analog tools to : « Deconstruct, decontextualize and transform a traditional technic in modern graphic, bounding cultures and generations. ». The discipline, called «cross stitch bombing», street-art style born in 2005, investing urban cities with thread artworks.

While we live an artificial intelligence era, reminding ourselves to our human condition, in a complex ecosystem - rich but also fragile, seems to be quite a challenge. Sometimes, there's no need to improve nor ad anything in our lives, we just need a break  to come back to life's true essence and dive deep into Nature...
