UK now NZ artist Cracked Ink is an environmental artist who also works for the Pangeaseed Foundation under their Seawalls: Artist for Oceans NGO. He is also the curator of the Whanganui Walls Street Art Festival.Street
This mural shows his characters scooping up bowls of water to represent the harbour that does not exist anymore as this building that the image is on stands in it's place.
