This piece is literally sitting « under the bridge » of the A9 viaduct in Montpellier. Very close of Marché du Lez. 
This artist has several pieces referenced in Montpellier (some have disappeared) mainly in the graffiti mecca of the Quai du Verdanson. This is piece is one year old but looks practically untouched and still there, where I saw it no later than last weekend. 
Labaud will soon have a solo exhibition at the Murum Montpellier, Arts and Crafts store (https://instagram.com/murum.montpellier?igshid=1ahxshqyvxuk5) that always has amazing exhibitions by street (or not) Montpellier artists. Don’t hesitate to go from the 20th of March.

Hugo was born in Montpellier and has been a skater from a very young age. He started to be interested in Art and Painting ever since he started his Applied Art studies. His works deals with masks, figures and the hidden faces (sides) of each and everyone of us... His characters can be on their own or in a huge crowd but the idea is to always go beyond appearances, to show oneself, and in a way to go through the mirror of our soul and to expose another kind of truth. This truth puts us face to face with our individuality et exposes our most inner self psychotic and neurotic...
