El Rey de la Ruina created this 400 sq. meters facade the past 2015. It was sponsored by Madrid City Council and features a quote from the activist/politician Rose of Luxembourg "Socialmente iguales, totalmente libres y humanamente diferentes" (socially equal, totally free and different human beings).
The street art tour run by Cooltourspain makes a stop in here to explain the symbols that we may observe here: a heart and a broken sword. The former represents the values of women in any given society: hard work, never giving up, family and friends. The latter explains the breakage of a patriarchal society in which men used to rule.
