Couple Wrecked Boat

A well hidden  stencil of Ose’s Couple of Wrecked ships in a double black and pink-color. You need to look through the table of bar to spot it. It’s been there a while and I only saw it yesterday. You can find another of Ose’s pieces a bit further up that street  on the side of a window frame.
Ose’s work can be find all over Montpellier, most of the time hidden away, discreetly  in urban furniture.
Born in 1984, Ose grew up in Paris.  After a year in the USA and some time spent going backwards and forwardss between Toulouse and Paris, he finally decided to settle down in Montpellier in 2008. Although he’s bee interested  from a  young age by the  hip-hop spirit and the graffiti, Ose remained always spectator.  It was the discovery of Banksy's "Wall & Piece" that  made him want to act.
He become  more and more interested in this form of expression that is street art and more specifically in stencil, and he decided to try it himself.  The precision of this technique completely seduced him. And he never looked  back. His works is quite distinctive by. The delicacy of his cutting. His favorite subjects are often strangers showing a joie de vivre mixed with a certain melancholy ( adapted from Galerie Nicolas Xavier).
