Right next to the entrance of a pedestrian tunnel that connects two sides of Riga city an artwork of a sad-looking black and white dog can be found on the high-voltage technical building. On the top of the artwork, a word "Nepamet" [Don't leave me] is written as a reminder to take care of the pets people have taken into their homes.
