"El pilar" (in English: "The pillar") is a mural by Mexican artist Hilda Palafox (a.k.a. Poni). She was one of the muralists participating in the 2019 edition of Urvanity Art Fair.

On her Instagram account, Poni explained that this was a "wall inspired by sisterhood, defined as a solidary relationship among us, among women, with the strong aim to create supportive networks which drive social change in order to create equality. 😌💜🙅🏽‍♀️💪🏻👊🏿 ".

In Spanish: "Muro inspirado en la hermandad, definida como una relación solidaria entre nosotras, entre mujeres, con el fuerte objetivo de crear redes de apoyo que impulsen el cambio social para crear igualdad. 😌💜🙅🏽‍♀️💪🏻👊🏿".
