This is one (nr 10) of 13 little sculptures of Isaac Cordal placed in the city center in 2017 in cooperation with the city of Brussels. Look closely, his sculptures are no bigger than 5cm! This one is very difficult to spot! it's on the arch, but on the dead end of the street! You'll have to walk to the end and than turn around to look up to the arch.
