This is one (nr 6) of 13 little sculptures of Isaac Cordal placed in the city center in 2017 in cooperation with the city of Brussels. His sculptures are no bigger than 5cm! If it is hard to spot, it might help to know that the shop 'Fresh' is right underneath it.
