The title translates to "Gull Kiss" and was painted in 1985 by Hans Krull and restored in 2013. 
Before creating the artwork as a mural, it was the cover photo for the LP "Albatros" (yes, that translates to "Albatross") that Hans Krull created with Ingvar Cronhammer among others. 
The woman pictured is a punk singer from Aarhus called Kate Svanholm. 
A great place to see the mural from is Clemens Bro – a part of the main shopping street in Aarhus.
