The Felix Jemming mural is a portrait of the first ever person to become mayor of Garnich, the commune in which Koler is located. Felix Jemming was originally from Koler and he served as mayor from October 1964 to December 1981. Fun fact: The portrait has been painted on the gate of his family and descendants’ home.
