The Harrisburg Art Museum is a must...the walls are always changing which makes it that much more exciting. It's located in EaDo which is where you will find a shit ton of murals & street art.  The exterior walls are open to anyone but you may need to hit up The HAM on Instagram to see if you can gain access to the inside, which is pretty epic.
