Here once a great Russian poet Anna Akhmatova lived. The artwork is located in the inner yard. The artist probably is one of the well-known graffiti writers SO2Art, but not for sure. The artwork was created in 2013 for a poetry festival. The words on the wall are lines from the poem "Right by the sea" written in 1914 "Audacious I was, vicious and joyful - That this was a happiness I did not know".
