Description
Unknown artist has made this. The text reads 'Fullveldiskistan trætast við apuspjótið um diabetisambulatorium, fangahús & spekulatión' - it's hard to translate but i'll give it a try: Translated: 'The sovereignty-chest is arguing with the fool about diabetus-treatment-facility, prison & speculation / speculative deals'.
