A greyscale depiction of a traditional mamashop and a money changer within a five-foot-way. The artwork has extremely uncanny resemblances to past people at this location, including Mr Hamid, who ran the shop all day, and the money changer who was the earliest operator more than 50 years ago. The artwork has sprouted many conversations with many long time shopkeepers and residents within Kampong Glam, and the meaningful history preserved and solidified.
