BesArt. The River Museum is a new proposal for the largest open-air urban art museum in Europe, located on the walls of the Besòs River. There will be a total of eight kilometres of river frontage (four on each side), but the aim of the project's promoters is for the museum to occupy the entire length of the river, a total of about 18 kilometres.
Mural on an old concrete base of the high voltage towers that had been installed along the river. Almost 20 years ago, more than 30 electric towers were removed, leaving only this base standing, as a memory in the historical memory. This year, the renaturation project has put color on the gray of the anthill, painting species of fauna that live in the Besòs, permanently or in migration.
