BesArt. The River Museum is a new proposal for the largest open-air urban art museum in Europe, located on the walls of the Besòs River. In total there will be eight kilometres of river frontage (four on each side) but the aim of the project's promoters is for the museum to occupy the entire length of the river, a total of about 18 kilometres.
