The popular Tito Bustillo cave, featuring prehistoric paintings, is located in the town of Ribadesella, making it one of the most complete examples of prehistoric art in northern Spain. This mural, situated next to the train station, depicts seven of the more than sixty animals found on the Tito Bustillo Main Panel; it conveys a message highlighting the defining identity of the destination for travelers stepping off the train: Ribadesella—on the trail of early art.
