Move Forward

Done on June 20th 2011, this mural is considered the entrance to Brewerytown on Girard Ave and depicts what makes this North Philadelphia neighborhood great. You see a sun shining down on the iconic trolley, college, and Girard Ave architecture. This wall was chosen because its the gateway to the street of shops and restaurants. The design of the mural was done throughout resident meetings to see what they wanted shown on the wall since its in tribute to those living in the community. Fun Fact, Jane Golden's favorite part is the sun!
