This work is an anamorphic mural that explores the boundary between what is visible and what remains hidden, between what is shown and what lies outside the frame. The image, fragmented into bands of colour and form, can only be perceived in its entirety from a precise vantage point. This visual strategy becomes a metaphor for the dream: a space where reality is distorted, the invisible surfaces, and identities transform and dissolve.

In continuity with their artistic practice, the work addresses themes of identity, gender, imagination, and perception. The face depicted – powerful yet broken apart – recalls the way in which subjectivities are often marginalised or kept “at the margins” in contexts that resist complexity and depth.

The mural invites the viewer to reconsider their own perspective – on others, on themselves, and on the margins that inhabit our dreams.
