HEY8RAW

Based on traditional Japanese theatre, the character Hanauta is themed around Confucian scholar Oshio Heihachiro who led a rebellion during the Edo period in response to poverty and famine. The colour palette used in this artwork is reminiscent of rebellious spirit and protest.
