The Crystal Ship 2019.
Perhaps you already came across a work by Lonac during your trip through Croatia. The young and highly talented Croat draws inspiration from the skate world, comics and social issues, after which he lets hyperrealism collide with surrealism in his portraits. Technical sophistication is the basis, his spray scans and brushes do the rest. Moreover, the characters in his work always belong to his circle of friends or family. During The Crystal Ship, he chose to paint an older woman. The lady searches the station for something in her handbag, while in the background the graffiti and a train show off.

Just after the first peak of corona, I bought a motorcycle and started photography again after years, and discovered the passion to capture the world around me through the lens of my camera. I hope to discover many beautiful, new places and especially to be able to share the images here on StreetArtCities and on flickr with you before they disappear into the mists of time again. Graffiti is a very volatile art form that often only survives in photographs like we Hunters capture everywhere.
