Our Voices

Our Voices captures the unique identity, history, and culture of West Harlem, as seen through the eyes and experiences of its local community. In this initiative, CITYarts worked in partnership with NYPD officers from nearby precincts who are focused on community outreach, providing an opportunity for students and officers to interact and build relationships in a safe environment.
