Description
Our Voices captures the unique identity, history, and culture of West Harlem, as seen through the eyes and experiences of its local community. In this initiative, CITYarts worked in partnership with NYPD officers from nearby precincts who are focused on community outreach, providing an opportunity for students and officers to interact and build relationships in a safe environment.

CITYarts is a nonprofit art organization that engages youth with professional artists in the creation of public art, including murals and mosaics. Through this creative process, CITYarts empowers, educates, and connects youth and children locally and around the world to become active participants in realizing their potential and transforming communities.
