GIEN MONUMENTAL

Joram Roukes, a prominent Dutch artist on the international street art scene, spoke on the second realization of the "GIEN MONUMENTAL" project, a water tank located at the entrance to the town of Gien (45, Loiret). Dressed in flowers, Joram wanted to celebrate the richness of the different flowers present in the territory.
